Nigo is a start up company providing compliance solutions all under one roof. They provide a comprehensive AI powered features to monitor, renew and generate reports for companies compliance like TM, ISO, FSSAI, Ministry of Corporate Affirs and many more.

Style
As it is a new product, with close interaction with the its Stakeholders & Dev team, I got a good understanding of the product on what the requirement is about.
Considering their timeline to launch the product, before I start on the Visual Design, I confirmed on the theme and style of the UI components that can be utilised across this product.
Landing page
As a guest user, user would be able to see all the details about the Nego app and its features.
User can schedule a demo to know more abou the product.
Dashboard
Once the user logs in, they would be able to view crisp summary on their Upcoming Renewals, Appointments and Folloups. In addition to that, billing and requests are displayed for the ease of access and one short information.
User can switch to classic view to get more details in a list.
Add feature
"Add" button, helps the user to create new entries like company, contact, ticket and trademark. Based on the selection on this UI, user would be taken to the corresponding flow.
Company details
This UI provides the ease of add and edit company details all in one shot.
Under each section, the details are displayed as per priority and required for any action to be taken.
Tickets board
This view provides a detailed view of tickets segregated based on its status. On top of that user can add new tickets and assign to corresponding team or professional.
In the existing list of tickets, user can filter based on the priority & assignees. Based on the users preference, they can switch the views between, list and card view.
Easy access and view on mobile app. User friendly UI to view and apply filters.
